Terms and Conditions for Casa Caravans

1. CONTRACT

 The contract is for the hire of the caravan for short term holiday letting will be entered into when we provide written confirmation of the booking to the hirer, and required payment has been received. The person making the booking will be responsible for the caravan and those occupying it.

 2. PAYMENT

 A deposit of £50.00 is payable in order to confirm the booking.

 The balance of the rental fee will be due for payment 6 weeks before the holiday commencement date or prior arranged by the owners

If the booking is made within six weeks of the holiday commencement date, the full accommodation rental fee will be required when booking or prior arranged by the owners

A Booking is not confirmed until a deposit is paid and confirmation is sent. 

Payment can be made by cheque, Postal Order or cash must be registered

We guarantee that there will be no surcharges once we have confirmed a booking

3. CANCELLATION

The Hirer should notify the owners as soon as possible should the booking for any reason need to be cancelled. For any cancellation before the arrival date the deposit will be non-refundable

4. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

The caravan will be ready for occupation after 2:00pm, and it should be vacated by 10:00am on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed with the owners.

Failure to respect the departure time may result in an extra charge for the waiting time incurred by the cleaners.

 5. NUMBERS OF PEOPLE OCCUPYING THE CARAVAN

Under no circumstances may more than the maximum number of persons stated, occupy the caravan.

The leader of the party must be over 21 years.

No single sex groups unless agreed by the owners.

6. GAS AND ELECTRICITY

Gas and electricity charges are included in the cost of renting the caravan.
All central heating must be switched off upon leaving the caravan. 

7. LINEN

 Pillows, duvets and bed linen are all provided.

8. PETS
Pets are not allowed in the caravan (except  assistance dogs) If you intend to bring a dog, this must be notified when booking.

As we cater for people with asthma and some of our caravans are strictly No Pets under any circumstances, if you are found to have a pet in any of these caravans you will be asked to leave without any refund, deposit will be non refundable, in addition you will be sent a bill for a full steam clean of the caravan and any additional cleaning required and you will be responsible for any damage the pet may cause.

9. COMPLAINTS

 Any complaints must be made immediately to the owners who will endeavour to rectify the problem as soon as possible, to ensure the continued enjoyment of your holiday.

Noise must be kept at a reasonable level 

10. LOST PROPERTY

A minimum charge of £ 10 is made for the return of lost property after your departure. We accept no responsibility for items reported lost which cannot be found. Property is at all times the responsibility of its owner.

11. PERSONAL SAFETY

The owners cannot accept any liability for the personal safety of persons using the caravan. Guests are reminded to exercise care as to the personal safety of themselves and others while using the caravan.

12. SMOKING

Smoking is not permitted inside the caravan at any time.

All our caravans are Non Smoking and anyone caught smoking inside the caravan will be billed for a deep clean of the caravan. This cost is £50.

Please smoke outside and discard carefully.

All surrounding areas of the caravan must be kept clean and tidy.
